Community Relations Director
As Community Relations Director, Rebecca is making an impact by strengthening the Y’s connection with the community through fundraising and engagement.
A Quad Cities native and Alleman alum, Rebecca comes to us with nearly a decade in community mental health and six years in nonprofit administration. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Iowa and brings expertise in case management, program management, volunteer coordination, grant writing, and fundraising—all skills that will help grow the Y’s mission.
Outside of work, Rebecca loves hiking, kayaking, and running road races with her husband and friends. When she’s indoors, you can find her reading, cooking, crafting, or watching Wheel of Fortune.
