Group Exercise Classes "on land"
Free with membership, our land-based group exercise classes offer a variety of options for fun and fitness. From relaxing stretching and strengthening to heart-pounding cardio action, you can find a class that makes exercise anything but routine.
All classes are open to ages 13 years and older. Ages 8-12 who have passed a Youth Wellness Orientation may participate at the discretion of the instructor.

Cardio Classes
BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout which totally unleashes you! The fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tae kwon do, capoeira and Muay Thai.
A mat is used for floorwork and we encourage you to bring your own but have mats available in the equipment closet.
A full body workout that synchronizes cardio, strength training, and core work to powerful, upbeat music. Plates or hand weights are used in this class.

Add flare to your fitness routine with mixed dance styles to keep your senses engaged all while improving heart and lung health, strengthening muscles and bones, challenging coordination, agility and flexibility! No equipment is used in this class.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. The routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. There is no equipment used in this class.
Cross Training Classes (Cardio & Strength)
An upbeat, energizing workout combining weight training and floor work with an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning using a step. Dumbells and a step are used for this class. We encourage you to bring your own mat but do have mats available in the equipment closet.
Full body exercises involving cardio while incorporating strength moves. Whether you are new to exercise or have been working out for years, this class is for the health-seeker wanting a combination of mixed-impact cardio and functional strength. dumbells, bands, and bodyweight are used. Mats are used for floorwork and we encourage you to bring your own but do have mats available in the equipment closet.

Varies between cardio, strength, functional training, core, and everything in between. This class is sure to keep you guessing what is coming next. Equipment that may be used: barbells, plates, bands, and a bar. The instructor will let you know before class what is needed for the workout that day.

Strength Classes
This class focuses on strengthening the abdominal, glutes, lower back, hips and shoulders, either as the primary or secondary muscles using resistance bands and hand weights or plates.

This 45 minute functional training class uses barbells, plated weights, and dumbbells for a total body workout to build strength and confidence.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

HIIT Classes (High Intensity Interval Training)
Must be on the bike 10 minutes prior to the start of class or the bike may be given away to other members present when class is at max capacity. Saving bikes is not permitted. This class is 30 minutes and focuses on HIIT (high-intensity interval training) style training where you will go hard and rest throughout the class.
Cycling shoes are encouraged but not required. There are clips for cycling shoes and straps for those without cycling shoes to secure your foot into the bike.
This class has it all packed in 30 minutes! You will focus on total body exercises to get your heart pumping, muscles burning, and body sweating while incorporating everything from body weight strength/cardio exercises to barbells, dumbbells, and abdominal work.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is a class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.

Yoga that uses basic moves to improve your balance, strength, and flexibility. The focus is on using your breath, slower transitions, and allowing yourself to stay in the present moment and relax your spirit, mind, and body.

In Yoga you will connect movement with breath, increase flexibility, relieve stress, and improve balance and core strength.

Active Older Adult Classes
Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance with this blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming. Weights, tubing and ball are used for resistance. Seated or standing options.
Space is limited and saving seats is not permitted
SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.

Group Exercise Classes "in water"
Take advantage of the buoyancy of water to enhance physical fitness. Water exercise increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints. Swimmers and non-swimmers alike can take part in water exercise classes from relaxing yoga-like movements in the warm pool to high energy movements in the deep end of the cool pool.
Classes are open to ages 13 years and older.
