Exercise is not an option in our lifetime. We don’t need exercise & fitness we need personal wellness. I strive for health and wellbeing in all stages of life and to have the strength and confidence to do this. This is what I bring to my clients and participants. Embracing a healthy lifestyle is a personal journey with many starts and stops. I believe being active is a positive and often fun part of our lives. We just have to discover what we enjoy and do much of it.
