Mary Findley is the membership specialist at the Kewanee YMCA where she has worked since 2002. Along with her membership responsibilities she also works closely with the tumbling programs including the Flip Tops competitive Tumbling and Trampoline Teams, where she previously had volunteered for 2 years prior to joining the Kewanee staff.
She has an associate degree from Black Hawk College East as an administrative assistant. She has also completed USA Gymnastics School of Business with a director status. Mary is the USA Gymnastics State of IL chair and has held this office since 2016. Along with being the chairman of the state, she has been a level 3 judge in double mini since 2013 and a trampoline judge since 2011.
Mary has two children working at the YMCA, Stephanie McDorman, and Kari Sturtevant. She has 11 grandchildren, where 3 are active on the Flip-tops team. She works full-time as a Supply Chain Coordinator at Boss Pet Edge in Kewanee, IL. Mary has worked in various departments at Boss for 27 years.
