Fitness is about so much more than exercising and looking a certain way. It can positively change so many areas of your life, from your ability to perform daily activities to positively affecting your mood and well-being. I believe everyone has the ability to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves, no matter what their age or stage in life may be. I wanted to become a personal trainer so I could help people bring out this side of themselves and show them that they can do more and enjoy the journey along the way.
