Victor Martinez Jr. serves as the Youth Development Director at Two Rivers YMCA, where he oversees programs for high school and junior high students, as well as supporting the School Age Care department and coordinating student transportation and actively participating in community outreach. He has also collaborated with Y-USA on several youth-focused grant projects aimed at enhancing the quality of programs at the Moline-East Moline and Rock Island branches.
Outside of work, Victor enjoys spending time with his nephew and pursuing his many hobbies, including maintaining his collections of action figures, monster trucks, sports cards, music, pro wrestling, sports memorabilia, comedy, movies, podcasts, books, and anything related to pop culture and sports.
With 13 years of experience at the YMCA, including his time at the Duncan YMCA in Houston, Texas, Victor remains dedicated to helping the Two Rivers YMCA's Youth Programs foster a safe, supportive environment where young people can grow and develop into leaders within the community.
