Jill Zmuda, member of the Two Rivers YMCA, reflects on her wellness journey with her personal trainer. 

"When I first decided to go to a personal trainer it was all about weight loss. Over the last 7 months my thoughts have changed. Now I have learned that training has made me stronger physically and mentally."

"It pushes you to gain insight on how important it is to take care of yourself physically so that your general health will improve. You lose fat, gain muscle and most importantly learn how to eat healthy to benefit your body type. When you eat right and exercise regularly you feel fulfilled both physically and mentally."

"My trainer pushes me, but at the same time realizes there are bad days. To the bad days she says “get back on track”, and we leave it in the past. She has not only become my trainer, she is my friend!"
